Last updated: October 4, 2026.
1. Who I am
Kochetkov Lab is the personal brand of Alexander Kochetkov, a self-employed software developer based in Russia. I am responsible for your personal data on this website (kochetkovlab.com). Contact for any privacy question: k.alex91dev@gmail.com.
2. What this website collects
The English version of this website has no analytics, no tracking, no cookies and no forms.
The web server keeps standard technical logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information. I use them only to keep the website running and secure (legitimate interest). Logs are stored on a server in Russia and deleted after 14 days.
3. If you contact me
If you message me on Telegram or by email, I receive your name, contact details and your message. I use them only to discuss your project and prepare a contract at your request. The conversation stays in Telegram or email while we work on your task and is deleted afterwards. Telegram and the email provider process messages under their own privacy policies.
4. Sharing
I do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone, unless the law requires it.
5. Your rights
You can ask me to tell you what data I have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Write to k.alex91dev@gmail.com and mention how you contacted me (for example, your Telegram account) so I can find your data. I will reply within 10 working days.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Russian version of the website
The Russian version of the website uses Yandex Metrica analytics, but only after you accept cookies. It is covered by the Russian privacy policy.
7. Changes
I may update this policy. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page; the date is shown at the top.
